3. In case of Line of Credit Certificate as a Liquid Asset certificate.
a) The certificate must be substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified (Form PW3-7, attached in Particular Specifications section of this e Tender documents), without alteration, issued not earlier than twenty eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders.
b) The tenderer must have available Credit Limit sanction (approved) by competent authority of any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.
