Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 300000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 900000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 300000 ~ 900000.
Eligibility criteria:
Any e-GP registered Tenderers of Bangladesh fulfill the criteria mentioned as per ITT & TDS, PCC are eligible to participate in this Procurement Process.
Valid Trade License (up to date), Income Tax Clearance Certificate (up to date), TIN Certificate & VAT Registration Certificate, NID card.
Payment will be made as per availability of the fund but the whole work shall have to be completed within stipulated time.
According to Letter Memo No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377; Dated : 30/08/2018 & Memo No : 03.073.046.21.00.001.2018-259; Dated: 03.10.2019 from Office of The Prime Minister and CPTU Letter Memo No : 21.00.0000.364.22.020.19-202; Date : 10.10.2019.; the contractor who has not yet completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPA-2006, PPR-2008 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained.
Satisfying the other criteria laid in TDS, G.C.C, PCC, ITT and PPA-2006, PPR-2008. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to change, modify or cancel this tender process without assigning any cause
After finalization of these contracts agreement with the successful tenderers, no sub-contractor will be associated with prime contractor during the implementation of these contracts.
