Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2600000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 7800000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2600000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the News Paper.
a. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least one (1) number of similar contracts completed during last 5 (five) years.
b. Similar nature of work means completion of R.C.C. frame Structure building valued at least Tk. 20.00 (Twenty) lac in a single Contract under Public fund. This is to be supported by work order/ NOA and completion certificate. Private Works or works done by any Developer or Real Estate Company will not be considered.
2. The required average annual Construction turnover shall be minimum Tk. 29.00 (Twenty nine) lac over the period of last 05 (Five) years i,e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. Average annual Construction turnover i,e total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector shall only be considered. Private works shall not be considered.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 28.00 (Twenty eight lac) Lac. The liquid asset certificate issued before IFT will not be considered for evaluation. Liquid asset certificate will be checked by the Procuring Entity.
4. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be TK 21.00 (Twenty one) Lac.
5. Due to any shortage or inappropriate of submitted tender documents in e-GP system by tenderer will be rejected any stage of evaluation.
