Eligibility criteria:

1.A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 9.00 [Nine] Lakh under 1 Number of contract(s) over a period of Last 5 years shall be required.
2.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 12.00 (Twelve) Lakh (Date of Bank certificate/Bank statement will be after the period of tender published)
3.The required average annual Construction turnover shall be minimum Tk. 40.00 (Forty) Lakh over the period of last 05 (Five) years i,e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the news paper.
4.The minimum Tender capacity shall beTk=10(ten)Lakh only must be submit by contractor.
5.Any paper or document that are wanted in this tender if not found in any stage the tender must be rejected.
6.Those Contractor are not Completed Community Clinic and Repair Maintenance Work FY:2022-23(GOB Revenue & PFD OP) are not allowed to Participate in this Tender process by the instruction of PM office Memo-259 Date:-03.10.2019,CPTU Memo-202 Date-10.10.2019,MEFWD Memo-133 Date:-17.11.2019 & HED Memo-86 Date:-09.01.2020 .
7.After receving NOA must be submit Performance Security in Pay Order only by Bank.
