3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 112000000.00 over the last 5 years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.20000000.00
5. The minimum Tender capacity shall be:56000000.00
