Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 9500000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer must has to be registered on e-GP Portal with valid trade license, TIN and Vat certificate.
2. Tenderer only from Bangladesh can participate to the tender.
3. Payment will be made subject to budget allocation & availability of fund but the work must be continued and proportionate progress must be achieved.
4. Any individual Tender (s)/firm (s) who fulfill the qualification (s) criteria stipulated in the Standard Tender Document including Tender data sheet and PPR-2008.

6. The work may be totally dropped, decreased or increased.
7. The work order will be issued after approval from Competent Authority.
8. There is no provision for land acquisition. The tenderer has to arrange land for execution of other works by his own.
9. The tenderer has to capture picture and video of the work by his own cost as per direction of engineer in charge. He should submit picture and video during the time of bill submission
