3. Tenderer must have updated BSTI approved license for manufacturing and re-filling fire fighting equipment.
4. Tenderer must submit lab test reports of chemicals after re-filling of fire fighting equipment by BCSIR/BUET/BSTI at his own cost.
5. As stated in TDS/PCC.
