Eligibility criteria:
a. Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
b. The Tenderer must enclose with Tender :
(i) Valid Trade License
(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate
(iii) Up-to-date VAT Registration Certificate
(iv) Copy of NID card
c. The Tender security must be enclosed in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft duly pledged in favor of the Registrar, Patuakhali Science & Technology University (PSTU),Dumki, Patuakhali, from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.
d. Copy of Work Completion Certificate must be attached for work experiance.
e. Tenderes must have a 05 (Five) Years experience of Supply of Computer and office equipments
f. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 8.00 Lakhs
g. If the Tenderer does not Manufacture or Produce the goods it offer to supply must submit Manufacture's Authorization Letter (Form e-PG3-5).
