Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 733333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2200000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000001 ~ 2200000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum supply value of goods under a single contract (Supply in similar work must be in any government/Semi-government/Autonomous organizations) in the last five years is Tk. 80% of the quoted price.
b) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk. 80% of the quoted price
c) The amount of the Tender Security shall be Tk. 0.22 Lakh.
d) All instruments have to be supplied in Planning, Development and Works Office of Jagannath University.
The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
i) Purchase Receipt of Tender Document
ii) Performance Statement of the capital equipment in Bangladesh (If any)
iii) Supplier’s Experience Certificate
iv) Affidavit of Ownership of the firm where applicable
v) VAT Registration Certificate
vi) Bank Solvency Certificate issued in the current year
vii) Income Tax Clearance Certificate with TIN Number up to date
viii) Up to date Trade Licence
ix) submit the relevent Catalog / Brochure (where applicable)
