Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1666666 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Up to date Valid ABC License of Individual(s)/firm(s) for Electrical works and fulfill the qualification(s) criteria stipulated in TDS.
2. A satisfactory completion of similar works (Solar Street Lighting/ Solar Area Lighting/ Installation of ON/OFF Grid Solar works/ High-rise Building electrification with Solar system) at least 1 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 10 (ten) years with a value of at least Tk 13 (Thirteen) Lac (years counting backwords from the date of publication of IFT in CPTU website).
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 45.00 (Forty five) Lac in the best 3 (Three) years over the last 5 (five) years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. least Tk. 15 (Fifteen) Lac.
5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk 17 (Seventeen) Lac
6. Tenderer shall submit the following documents with this Tender :
(a) A satisfactory completion certificate of similar works [(including Contract Agreement, BOQ breakdown for identification of similar work experence(if required)]
(b) Audit report for last 3 (Three) years/Payment Certificate/Bank certification in favor of Turnover
(c) Bank solvency certificate/Bank statement/Credit line certificate in favor of financial status
(d) Certified up-to-date of TIN & Trade License, Clearance Income Tax document, Valid and up-to-date BIN & VAT Registration Certificate, ABC Electrical Contractor/Supervisor License from Electricity Licensing Board of Bangladesh
7. Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
8. Joint Venture, Consortium or Associations (JVCA) is not acceptable for this Tender.
