* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1020000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 340000 ~ 1020000.
Eligibility criteria:
All tenderer who are enlisted in e-GP and fulfilled the terms and conditions as stated in the tender data sheet.
(i) As per consent of CPTU, the Tenderer shall be evaluated in the e-GP system with the help of online database system-TDMS.
(ii) A Tenderer having insufficient information in the TDMS system may be evaluated as ineligible. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT on the website
A Letter in Tenderer's letterhead pad declaring that the supplied goods are new, unused, proper size & shape and can be used without any modification.
The minimum specific experience of Similar nature of goods 100% of estimated cost of the package in a Single supply order in the last 05 (Five) years from the date of publication of IFT. (Work order & completion certificate must be submitted)
All the tenderer must follow the PPA-2006 and PPR-2008 rules & regulation;
The minimum amount of liquid assets TK 100% of estimated cost of the package;
Up-to-date Valid Trade License as Supplier;
Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate;
Valid and Authentic All Documents;
Original catalog and Weblink or Address;
ISO certificate of Manufacturer or Supplier;
If any tenderer submit rate is abnormally higher or lesser than Market rate, the tenderer will be considered as non-responsive
And other eligibilities will be as per TDS.
