Tenderer will supply all the tools and safety devices for the execution of the work.

Tenderer will ensure atleast one person to perform the work for the entire work done if it is required by the purchaser.
Tender Document Price: Tk. 1000; Tender Security: 15000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 500000 ~ 1500000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer should have valid upto dated Trade licences, Latest Income Tax certificate, valid e-TIN certificate, VAT, Bank solvency, Nationality certificate, Authorization Letter.
2. Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract, under the Applicable Law.
3. Tenderers must have at least 01(one) Cleaning of Mud, Sand, Derbies and other wastages of Clarifier, Different Tanks experience in BPDB otherwise tender will be non-responsive. On going work will not be acceptable as work completion certificate is must otherwise tender will be non responsive.
4. Tenderers must fulfill the requirements of TDS & PCC.
5. Tenderers must submit a writter commitment that they are committed to work any time as purchaser wants.
6. Tenderers must submit end user certificate as a proof of work experiences.
7. Tenderers shall provide evidences of their continued eligibility satisfactory to the Procuring Entity, as the Procuring Entity will reasonably request
