f) Payment will be made subject to the availability of fund. No claim for extra payment will be entertained for delay of payment.
g) In consideration of public importance, tender has been invited but work orders will be issued subject to approval
h) Payment certificate must be supported by bank statement.
i) Authority can cancel the tender any time.
