Brief Description of Package: Establishing 560 Model Mosques and Islamic Cultural Centers in Zila & Upazila of Bangladesh 1 (one) at Sundargonj Upazila in the District of Gaibandha (Sub Head: Construction of 3-Storied Foundation (Type-B) with 3-Storied Upazila Model Mosjid Complex Building including Civil, Internal Sanitary, Internal Electrification, External Water Supply and Ancillary Work) under PWD Division Gaibandha (FY 2023-2024).

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 150000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 450000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 150000000 ~ 450000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 10 (ten) years of general experience in construction works.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Contractor in construction works of at least 1(one) contract of similar nature building construction work successfully completed in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk 960.00 lakh.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 1600.00 Lakh over the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificate for contracts in progress or completed must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall beTk. 600.00 Lakh (must be in the form of PW3-7 in original form).
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be:Tk.1200.00 Lakh.
6. Up-to-dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance certificate and VAT Registration certificate, ABC Category Contractor & Supervisory license issued by Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh must be submitted along with tender.
7. Any duplication of documents regarding payment certificate will be counted as the reason of Tenderer's Disqualification.
8. Any false information or intention of hiding any information will be consider as the reason of Tenderer's Disqualification.
9. The tenderer must submit a manufacturer authorization letter from reputed manufacturing company of generator as per BOQ of tender document. Otherwise tender will be treated as non-responsive.
10. Wining tenderer must maintain pro-rata progress.
