Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer shall have minimum 5 (five) year of general experience in building Construction works (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT inthe Newspaper).
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 (one) contract of the same nature and complexity of work compleded with in the last 05(five) years in Government/ semi government/ autonomous organizations Bangladesh with a value of at least Tk. 2,70,00,000.00 (Two Core Seventy lakh) only. (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper).
3. The required average annual construction turns over must be greater than Tk.11,70,00,000.00 ( Eleven Core seventy lakh ) only during last 5(five) years. Necessary supporting documents shall be submitted with the tender. Any estimated cost or contract value will not be considered to calculate Average Annual Construction Turnover. (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper).
4. The tenderer must have a minimum amount of free funds (liquid Assets) /Credit facilities, working capital Tk. 2,50,00,000.00 (Two Core fifty Lakh only. The proof of liquid asset must be submitted in PW3-7 form.
5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 400,00,000.00 (Four Core) Only.
6. Up to date ABC category electrical contractory and supervisory License.
7. Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in tender data sheet of tender documents.
8. If total Value of any tender is more than 10% less or more than 10% above than the official cost estimate, the tender will be non-responsive.The tenderer must have up to date VAT, IT, Trade License.
