Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
(a) Reputed bonafied Firm/Organization having Authorized agencyship certificate of proposed brand of Sub-station and Generator from the manufacturer.
(b) Reputed bonafied Firm/Organization/Manufacturer/Authorized agent having minimum 05(Five) years of general experience in Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning Sub-Station and Generator. (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the Newspaper).
(c). The tenderer must have an experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of Similar nature of works with a value not less than Tk 450.00 (four hundred and fifty) lakh in a single contract in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years. (year counting from the date of publication of IFT)
(d). In case of the work done under any Govt/ Semi Govt/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer & the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that locality /District under whose jurisdiction the work has been done
(e). The Tenderers must have a minimum average annual Construction Turnover of Tk.1520.00 (fifteen hundred and twenty) lakh over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years
(f). The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 380.00 (three hundred and eighty) lakh only.
(g). The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 530.00 (five hundred and thirty) lakh only.
(h) The tenderer shall submit updated income tax clearance certificate,VAT registration certificate,Trade licence, ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board
(i). All other documents as stated in TDS and PCC
