Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 18666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 56000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
a. The tenderer shall have minimum 5(five) years of general experience in building construction with electrical works.
b. The tenderer must have an experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of Similar nature of works with a value not less than Tk 135.00 (one hundred thirty five) lakh in a single contract in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years. (year counting from the date of publication of IFT)
c. In case of the work done under any Govt/ Semi Govt/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer & the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that locality /District under whose jurisdiction the work has been done
d. The Tenderers must have a minimum average annual Construction Turnover of Tk. 450.00 (four hundred and fifty) lakh over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years
e. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 112.00 (one hundred and twelve ) lakh only.
f. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 160.00 (one hundred and sixty) lakh only.
g. The tenderer shall submit updated income tax clearance certificate,VAT registration certificate,Trade licence, ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board
