* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
1. This invitation of tender is open for all eligible contractors (Enlisted and updated Except Defaulter Contractors).
a. Updated Renewal License. b.Update Trade License. c.Update VAT Certificate. d.Update Tax Clearance Certificate, e.Nationality Certificate.
2.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Repair, Maintenance & Re-Construction of Internal RCC Road & Boundary Wall works as Prime Contractor, subcontractor or management contractor shall be 05 (five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the News Paper.
3.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor, sub-contractor or management contractor in construction works of at least one (1) number of similar contracts completed during last 5 (five) years: Similar nature of work Repair, Maintenance & Re-Construction of Internal RCC Road & Boundary Wall valued Tk.8.00 (Eight Lakh Taka) in a single Contract under Public fund. This is to be supported by work order/NOA and completion certificate.
4.The required average annual Construction Turnover shall be minimum Tk. 18.00 (Eighteen ) lakh over the last 05 (Five) years i,e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP website/newspaper. Average annual Construction Turnover i,e total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector i,e Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous bodies shall only be considered. Private works shall not be taken into account.
5.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 6.00 (Six) lakh. The liquid asset certificate issued before publication of IFT will not be considered for evaluation.
6. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: 8.40 Lakh (Eight Lakh Fourty Thousand Taka)
