Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2000000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
A) Reputed Supplier/Tenderer who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in Supply of Generator and Equipments.
B) Experience: Having experience in successful completion of at least 01 (one) number of similar nature of work in Bangladesh of government/semi government/ Autonomous organization during last 5 (Five) years of Tk. 19.00 (Nineteen) lac for Package-APP/2023-24/38 in a single work-order and shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of concerned department/organization.
C) Turn over: The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual turn over during last 03 (Three) years Tk 70.00(Seventy) lac for Package-APP/2023-24/38. Years counting backward from the date ofpublication of IFT in the e-GP system.Turn over must be authenticated by NBR.
D) Liquid assets: The minimum amount of free funds (Liquid Assets) & or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful Tenderer shall be Tk. 22.00(Twenty two) lac for Package-APP/2023-24/38 onlysupported by Bank certificate (original copy only). Bank statement will be counted upto 30 (Thirty) days before, from the date of opening tender.
E) Tender capacity: Must have minimum tender capacity of not less than his/her tender price.
F) The tenderer must possess:
(i) Up to date income tax clearance certificate
(ii) Up to date VAT/BIN certificate
(iii) Up to date trade license
(iv) Bank Solvency Certificate.
(v) Up-to-date valid ABC Electrical contractors & Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board.
(vi) Valid Import Registration Certificate (IRC)
(vii) Must submit the authorization letter of related electrical goods from the Manufacturer
(viii) Original/Printed Catalogue of all Related Electrical products must be attached
G) JVCA is not allowed
