Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 80000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 240000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 80000000 ~ 240000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Valid Trade License (Up to Date).
2. VAT registration certificate (13 Digit). & Income tax clearance certificate UP to Date .
3. The Minimum Specific Experience of Similar Nature of (Building) Works for the Tenderer shall be at least one number amounting Tk 650.00 Lac (Six Crore Fifty Lac)in single tender in any Govt. / Semi-Govt. or Autonomous Organization within last 05 (five) Years.( Year Counting backward from the tender publication date).
4. The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 750.00 Lac (Seven Crore fifty lac) over the last 05 (five) Years. Total Amount 750 x 5=3750 Lac (Thirty Seven Crore Fifty Lac) (years counting backwards from the Tender Publication Date)
5. Tenderer Shall have minimum liquid asset i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK 125.00 Lac (One Crore twenty Five Lac) Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of PW3-7 mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID. Credit Committment Certificate containing multiple tender ID will not be accepted. (If the liquid asset is a bank statement then the amount in the bank statement should remain minimum two working day.) (Statement date shall be in between tender publishing and opening ).
6.The Tenderer must have ABC category Electrical License & Electrical Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board, Govt. of Bangladesh.
7. The minimum tender capacity shall be TK. 700.00 Lac (Seven Crore).
8. One Tenderer eligible for 01 (one) work in Notice no : 23
9. Work done bill will be paid in accordance with fund availablity.
10. Satisfying other Criterions laid down in the TDS & PCC .
11. If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPR-2008 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained
