Brief Description of Package: The works include Construction of RCC Drain with footpath, repair of adjacent road, and environmental and social safeguard activities.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 153333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 460000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 153333333 ~ 460000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be five (5) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspapers.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor (In case of joint venture Lead Firm) in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (One) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 10 (Ten) years, each with a value of at least BDT 1150,000,000.00 (Eleven Crore Fifty Lac Only) (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP web portal)
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 150,000,000.00 (Fifteen Crore Only) over the last 05 (Five) years. Only certified payments received from the concerned procuring entities for contracts in progress or completed under public sector will be considered for assessment (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP web portal)
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 37,500,000.00 (Three Crore Seventy Five Lac  Only), net of other contractual commitments. Liquid assets must be supported by concerned Bank statement/credit line(s) issued by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the onginal Tender submission deadline
e) The minimum tender capacity shall be: BDT 160,000,000.00 (Sixteen Crore Only)
