Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2000000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1.Minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 years.
2.Minimum Specific Experience of Similar Nature of Works for the Tenderer shall be at least 1 number amounting Tk.14.00 Lac (Construction,Sanitary, Electrical , Repair & Renovation Works) in any Govt/Semi-Govt or Autonomous Organization (The Tenderer must be Submited the successfully completed Work Completion Certificate with Work Order & NOA)within last 05 Years .Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
3.Required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 18.00 Lac over the last 05 (five) Years .Total = (18x5)= 90.00 Lacs.(Only Payment Certificates are Acceptable)Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
4. Have minimum liquid asset i.e. working capital or credit facilities of theTenderer shall be TK 16.00 lac. Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of PW2a-3 mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID. Credit Committment Certificate containing multiple tender ID will not be accepted.Bank solvency certificate/Bank Statment will be not allowed as liquid asset.
5.Tenderer must submit Authorisation Letter. (Mention Tender Id & Works Name in Farm Pad).Satisfying other Criterions laid down in the TDS & PCC.
6. If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPR-2008 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained.Note: P.M office letter Memo- 03.073.046.21.00.001.2018.259 Dated: 03.10.2019.CPTU Office Letter Memo: 21.00.0000.364.22.020.19-22; Dated: 10.10.2019.
