Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 87183333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 261550000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 87183333 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer should have Trade license, VAT certificate, TIN certificate and latest Tax Assessment Certificate.
Tenderer shall have a minimum of 6 (Six) years of experience in the IoT/ICT/Telecommunication based business.
The bidder must demonostrate that the products are functional during the supply.
Manufacturer authorization as per technical specification.
The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum BDT 84,00,000.00 (Taka Eighty-Four Lacs only) under maximum 4(Four) contracts in the last 3(Three) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is BDT 73,00,000.00 (Taka Seventy-Three Lacs only) . This should be supported by bank certificate which is issued not before six months from the date of tender opening.
Special Instruction:
In case of credit line, Specific Format which is attached in Section: 6 (drawing), must be used.
FAILURE TO SUBMIT ANY REQUIRED DOCUMENT IN ON-LINE MODE (e-GP) WILL MAKE THE BIDDER NON-RESPONSIVE STRAIGHTWAY
