Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 40000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 120000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 40000000 ~ 120000000.

Eligibility criteria:
Eligibility of Tenderer/Consultant as are follows :
a. Contractor’s Trade License of Gournadi Pourashava, NID card photo copy, Blue Book photo copy, VAT certificate, TIN certificate and other’s
related document (if any) must submit with Tender in e-GP system.
b. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or
Management Contractor shall be 5 years; counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper .( 2018-2019, 2019-2020,2020-2021, 2021-2022, 2022-2023).
c. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1
(one) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years each
with a value of at least BDT 40,000,000.00 (BDT Four Crore ).
d. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 54,000,000.00 ( Five Crore Forty Lakh ) over the last 5 (Five)
years.( 2018-2019, 2019-2020, 2020-2021, 2021-2022, 2022-2023)
e. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 1,50,00,000.00 ( BDT One Crore
Fifty Lakh )
