Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 33333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 100000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 33333333 ~ 100000000.

Eligibility criteria:
Eligibilities:
1. All tenderers/firms must be registered with CPTU through the e-GP portal.
2. All administrative orders regarding payment issued from time to time will be followed strictly.
3. Payment will be paid on the availability of fund.
4. Scope of work/ contract price may be reduced depending on the actual field conditions.
5. The contractor must visit the site and get acquainted with the condition of the site, the scope of work, and the available workspace before tendering.
6. No fees will be provided for the preparation and submission of the offer.
7. The contractor has to keep video and image records of the work in different stages (before starting, during, and after completion) at his own cost and submit the same to the office of the Executive Engineer. (Circular attached in Section 7).
8. Volume of work may be increased or decreased or totaly dropped depending upon the actual field condition.
9. The Liquid Asset Certificate must be provided as per PW3-7 format (attached in section-07). Otherwise the tenderer will be non-Responsive.
10. The Tenderer Must not hide their Ongoing Work/ Work Commitment.
