Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1833333 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1.Tenderer must submit up to date trade license, VAT, income tax certificate and bank solvency certificate.
2. Tenderer must provide experience certificate of similar works of 132 KV systems or above.
3. Tenderer must perform the whole works as per TDS including changing of control cable, protection cable, CT, PT cable of 132 KV systems.
4. Installation, Testing and Commissioning works must be done without interruption of the existing system of Generator control and protection system, excitation system and other electrical control and protections of the plant.
5. Control and protection of 132 KV systems must be kept same as existing system.
6. Before starting the works, contractor must submit one copy of all drawing (cable route layout, Cable schedule, scheme drawing) to BPDB for checking and approval. After completing the works, as built drawing will be provided).
7.Tenderer must provide minimum 01 (one) year warranty on supplied goods in the official letter head pad.
8. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in simillar Works of at least 01(one) Contract of 132KV or above successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value at least TK. 15,00,000/- (Taka Fifteen Lac Only).
9. The bidder must have a well-experienced engineering team along with test equipment like CPC100, CMC356, IR Tester, Breaker Analyzer, CRM Kit etc.
