Eligibility criteria:

d. Location & Position of Wash Block will be change one upazila to another upazila and it's depends on Procuring Entity (PE). No objection will grant for this purpose.
e. According to the Chief Engineer's Office, DPHE Memo No. 741(64), dated 17/12/2023 and AOP progress review meeting & Thematic Sub group of PEDP-4 (Infrastructure) meeting decision, the related work, under Pedp4 project, will be completed before September 2024 and final bill will be accepted before that day. Otherwise, after September 2024, if there is any complication in accepting the bill, responsibility has to be beared by the concerned contractor.
So the work & billing process must be completed before September, 2024
f. Procuring Entity (PE) reserve the rights to subtract, modify and cancel the whole tender procedure without showing any reason
