Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer must be a furniture manufacturer and have own manufacturing plant with wood chemical treatment and seasoning plant. (Manufacturing authorization letter is not acceptable.)
The Tenderer must have to submit Trade License (Valid for 2023-2024).
The Tenderer must have up to date Tax Clearance Certificate with TIN number (2023-2024)
The Tenderer must have up to date Valid VAT Registration/13 Digit BIN Certificate.
Valid Certificate of Incorporation/Memorandum of association.
Valid Factory Certificate.
Valid ISO Certificate.
Up to date (2023-24) Environment clearance certificate for furniture factory (Environment Clearance Certificate and Factory Address must be same)
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of furniture as Supplier shall be 05 (five) years.
The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of furniture of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 3 (three) financial years, with a value of at least Tk 1.50 Crore.
Bank Solvency certificate showing credit facilities Minimum TK.50 (Fifty) Lac.
An affidavit confirming that the tenderer is not insolvent, in receivership or not bankrupt or not in the process of bankruptcy, not temporarily barred from undertaking their business for financial reasons (Notarized).
List of Service Centre/showroom facilities in Bangladesh.
Warranty Certificate from must be submitted.
Original Catalogue/Brochure of the items to be submitted with the tender and Brand name & Model number should be mentioned with the Specifications.
Certificate confirming that offered items are unused, new and in good condition as well as conformed all features and accessories.
