.3.According to letter no03.074.039.16.00.004.201837dt.30/08/2018from office of the Prime Minister, the contractor who has notcompletedhis/herwork/workswithin schedule stipulated time by ensuring thequality without any acceptable reason, will not be considered as aqualified tenderer for this tender notice.4.The Bidders who have workspending which are not completed in due time without valid reason andthe quality of works is not satisfactory then they will be non-responsivefor this tender.5. If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will becorrected/included as per PPR-2008 ans its amendment and no claim inthis regard will be entertained.6.The tenderer shall maintain highestethics in providing all type documents.7. If corrupt, fraudulent,collusive, coercive or obstruction practics of any kind is determinedagainst any tenderer, the measures shall be taken as per ITT clause 4 ofSTD.(N.B: In case abnormal less or above in quoted price explanation reportmust be submitted through clarification during evaluation as perrequirement of TEC.
