Eligibility criteria:
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer as Prime Contractor shall be 7 (Seven) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.

The minimum Specific Experience in similar nature Medical gas & vacuum pipe line system (MGVPS) Works of Tk. 16.00 Lakh in a single contract successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper

The minimum average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 35.00 Lakh in the last 5(Five) years. Payment certificates for works in progress or completed under public sector during last five years must be submitted along with tender. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.

The minimum amount of liquid assets in form of working capital or credit facilities of Tk. 26.75 Lakh In case of Line of credit, certificates must be unconditional and specified for this work only submitted in the prescribed Form of CPTU from any scheduled bank i.e: in PW3-D.

The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 20.00 Lakh

Up to date ABC category Contractory & Electrical Supervisory license issued from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board must be submitted.

Up to date Trade License, Income Tax clearance and VAT registration certificate must be submitted.

Commitment with the EIA & MITIGATION MEASURES and Anticorruption Guideline OF COVID 19 AF PROJECT (as General Specifications TDS-SL.7)

All other Conditions as mentioned in TDS, PCC, and Section 5 of STD of tender documents must be full filled.
