Eligibility criteria:
All tenderers registered in National e-GP System in Bangladesh , who fulfill the qualification criteria as specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document. The following conditions shall be considered:
a. The tenderer must submit up to date authorization letter for submission against this tender ID.
b. If the quoted rate of any item deviates more than five percent (5%) compared to the RHD Rate Schedule 2022, then the tenderer must enclose rate analysis following RHD standard format in support of the quoted rate of that item with the tender.
c. Tenderer should mention the full name of his/her firm (No abbreviation is allowed).
d. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than TK 120.00 Lakh over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years.Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP portal ( see details in Tender Documents)
e. Supplying Ready made Asphalt concrete products must be from Asphalt Batching Plants.
f. Location of Asphalt Batching Plant is to be considered in the evaluation of this tender.
