will be entertained for cancellation of the tender or issuance of work orders with decreased
quantity of work.
(b) The Tenderers will visit and examine the Site with his own responsibility and expenses
and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and enter into a
Contract for performance of the works.
(c) Tenderers must submit all required documents mentioned in tender datasheet. Failing to
comply with the requirements, the tender will be summarily rejected.
(d) Payment will be made after the availability of funds and approval of budgets.
(e) Latest Govt. circulars on procurement of works will be applicable.
(f) The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any/all tender(s) without showing any
reason.
