Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 14166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 42500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 14166666 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1) All the Tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 Rules & Regulation.
2) Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded.
(a) The minimum of years of General experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 3 years i.e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-Gp system.
(b) Specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of goods similar to the proposed goods in at least a number of contract(s) and, each with a minimum value, over
the period, as specified in TDS; The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk 1,12,54,000/- under maximum 3 contract in the last 3years i.e.years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 1 contract successfully completed within the last 3 years, each with a value of at least Tk 37,00,000/-. The tenderer will submit copy of contract deeds along with experience certificate in the e-GP system.
(c) Certificate of Bank solvency with Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk. 1,27,00,000/- issued between publication of IFT and submission date in the egp system.[Form PG3-8].
(d) The tender must submit TIN certificate in the e-GP system.
(e) Up-to-date Valid Trade License as supplier.
(f) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate.
(g) e-BIN (13 Digits) Registration Certificate.
(h) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company).
(i) Sample 200 gm Unnatamaner Mashur Dal (Mota) must be submitted to in 3 containers to the Cox’s Bazar District Jail as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time.
(j) All others terms and conditions a stated in TDS and PCC.
(k) All certificates must be attested by 1st class Govt. gazetted officer.
