Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 5333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 16000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5333333 ~ 16000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer must have the technical personnel having minimum 5 years of experience and training on installation and maintenance on Medical Gas Pipeline System
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Medical Gas and Vacuum Pipe line System at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 5 years, with a value of at least Tk. 40.00 (Forty) lakh under any Govt./Semi-Govt. /Autonomous body in Bangladesh. (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper) i) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the Concern Executive Engineer. ii) In case of the work done under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate will be duly verified by the concern Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 20.00 Lakh.
4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 60.00 lakh (Sixty Lakh) over the last 05 ( Five) years. 
5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk. 40.00 Lakh.
6. a) Articles of Incorporation or Registration of firm.
b) Up to date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate , VAT Certificate.
c) Up to date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from electrical licensing board, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
