Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 500000 ~ 1500000.

Eligibility criteria:
a. All the tenderer must follow the PPA-2006 and PPR-2008 rules & regulation;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded as per Standard Tender Document (STD);
(I) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (three) years date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(II) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk 4.60 lakh under maximum 02 (two) contracts succesfully completed within the last 03 (three) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(III) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk .5.20 lakh (Form e-PG2-7);
(IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License as Supplier;
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(VI) e-BIN (13 digit) registration certificate;
(VII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
(VIII) Sample [200 gm Mashur Dal- Saru] must be submitted to in 03 (three) transparent containers to the District Jail, Sirajganj as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time.(04/03/2024 PM-12:15)
