Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3000000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 9000000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
Contractors in Govt., Semi-Govt. and Autonomous Govt. Agencies, who have:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 (Ten) years.
b) The minimum specific experience as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Construction works of RCC Jetty/RCC Bridge on the river including other related works at least 01 (one) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/ construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk.175.00 Crore. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(c) The minimum average annual construction turnover in the last 5 (Five) years preceding the date of submission of tender is not less than Tk. 175.00 Crore.
(d) The minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be not less than Tk. 45.00 Crore. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Prescribed form for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per CPTU format.
e) Key personal along with their qualification and experience.
f) Major items of Construction equipment’s.
g) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10(ten) percent above or below of the official cost estimate, the tender shall be rejected.
h) Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS). If any submitted document found inappropriate bidder will be disqualified during post qualification.
