Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 600000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1800000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 600000 ~ 1800000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be Three (03) years; counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.

2. Tenderer must have experience as Supplier in supply of Similar Goods of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last Five (05) years, with a value of at least Taka Four Lac Fifty Thousand (Taka 4,50,000/-); years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.

3. The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments, is Taka 7,00,000/-(Taka Seven Lac) only.

4. The Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract, shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes, shall not be insolvent, are not restrained or barred from participating in Public Procurement, should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule 55 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2008.
