1. General experience of supply of similar Goods and related services last 03 (three) years in any government organization.
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 40.00 (forty) lac, two contract(s) successfully completed within the last three years .
3. Certificate of bank solvency with minimum amount of liquid assets 30.00 (thirty) lac.Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PG3-8).
4. Up-to-date Valid Trade License as supplier (FY 2023-2024).
5. Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
6. e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate
7. All certificate must be attested by 1st class Govt. gazetted officer.
8. Sample (250 gm Mosur dal mota) must be submitted into 3 (three) transparent containers to the jail as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time.
