Eligibility criteria:
1. The tenderer should have up To Date Trade license ( If Photostate Must be Attested).
2.The tenderer should have Up to date income tax certificate (TIN) and Up to date income tax paid certificate or slip.
3.The tenderer should have VAT registration certificate.
4.The tenderer should have Photocopy of national ID.
5. The tenderer should have Bank solvency certificate issued by any scheduled bank.
6.The tenderer should have at least 3 (Three) years Experience certificate in this field. Experience shall be backward calculated from the tender publishing date.
7. Analytical report & Safety Data Sheet (SDS) of Alluminium Sulphate (Alum) by the manufacturer should be provided.
8. Manufacturer/Distributor Authorization have to be submitted along with the offer.
