a. All the tenderers must follow the PPA-2006 and PPR-2008 rules & regulations;

(I) General experience of supply of pulse/Goods and related services in any government organization; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System;
(II) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of Tk 1,70,000.00 ( Taka one lakh seventy thousand
only) under 02 (Two) contracts in the last 03 (three) years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(III) Certificate of bank solvency with a minimum amount of liquid assets or Credit facilities of Tk 1,90,000.00 ( Taka one lakh Ninety thousand only) Issued after Publication of IFT in the e-GP System; (Form e-PG2 – 4);
(IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License;
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(VI) e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate;
(VII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of the limited company);
(VIII) All other s terms and conditions as stated in TDS and PCC.
(Vllll) Sample [200 gm Unnotamaner Cholar Dal] must be submitted in three transparent containers to the Faridpur District Jail as per technical specifications on or before the tender opening date and time.
