Eligibility criteria:
a. All the tenderers must follow the PPA-2006 and PPR-2008 rules & regulations;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded as per Standard Tender Document (STD)
(I) General experience of supply of pulse/Goods and related services in any government organization; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System;
(II) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of Tk 9.00 (Nine lakh only) under 02 (Two) contracts in the last 03 (three) years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(III) Certificate of bank solvency with a minimum amount of liquid assets or Credit facilities of Tk 10.80( ten lakh Eighty thousand only) Issued after Publication of IFT in the e-GP System; (Form e-PG2 – 4);
(IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License;
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(VI) e-BIN(13 digits) registration certificate;
(VII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of the limited company);
(VIII) Sample [200 gm Mashur Dal (Saru] must be submitted in three transparent containers to the Jail as per technical specifications on or before the tender opening date and time. Technial Specifica of Mashur Dal (Saru) Size of grain: Must be small grains and at least 600 grains in per 10 gram; Color: Yellw to orange red;Time to be cooked: Must be boiled within 15 to 20 minute in normal flame;Scent Good Scent be out during cooking;Description of the grain;The grain be without peel and dust; The grain must be unbroken and similar in size. Be free from black and other colour grains; Taste: Be good scent and tasty;Brittleness: The grains of pulses be broken when chewing but not to be flatten; Packing: Maximum 50 (fifty) kg in bags printed with manufacturer logo;Standard: As per Technical Specification and Sample.
