* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6500000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
a. Enlisted A1/A2 category contractors/Firms contractor of Education Engineering Department who have paid renewal fee for the financial year 2023-2024 will be eligible.
b. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Goods (Furniture) of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk.16.00 Lakh in any Government Department /Semi-Government Department/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh (from FY. 2018-19 to 2022-23).
c. The minimum Amount Liquid Asset i.e working capital or Credit line (s) (Form PG2-5) of the tenderer shall be TK. 21.00 Lakh of any schedule bank within the period of invitation of tender and submission of tender.
d. Tenderer who possessed : i. Valid trade license(Up to date) ii. Up to date VAT certificate iii. Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate iv. NID card.
e. The Fees for downloading the e-Tender documents from the National e-GP System up to 16:00 on 06/03/2024.
f. The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
g. Payment will be made as per availability of fund but the whole work must be completed within the stipulated time.
h. For reasonable less rate quote ,tenderer must submit analysis of items.(Rule 98)
i. During evaluation past performance be considered such as supply of goods on hand,certificate issued by PE ,quality of supply works etc as per PPR 2008 .
