Eligibility criteria:
(a) Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms who have minimum 10 (Ten) years of general experience in construction works.
(b) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 01(one) number of similar nature of works including 02 (two) basements of Tk. 12000.00 (Twelve Thousand) Lakh in a single contract in Government / Semi- Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years.
(c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover of Tk. 13000.00 (Thirteen Thousand) lakh during last 05 (Five) years.
(d) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk. 2200.00 (Two Thousand and Two Hundred) Lakh only. Adequacy of credit line(s) substantiated by any schedule Bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified (Form e-PW3), without alternation or addition, issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of original deadline for submission of Tenders for this Tender.
(e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 13500.00 (Thirteen Thousand and Five Hundred) Lakh.
(f) The tenderer must possess: i) Up-to-date ABC category contractor & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, GoB; ii) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate; iii) Valid VAT registration certificate and iv) Up-to-date trade license.
