Brief Description of Package: a) All other criterion as given in Eligibility of Tenderer, TDS, GCC, PCC, ITT & all other
criterion mentioned in this tender. The tenderer who will win one Tender in this e-Tender Notice will not be eligible for other Tender.
b) Tenderer must submit an Authorisation Letter. (Mention Tender Id & Works Name in Farm Pad)
c) Having experience in successful completion of atleast one number of similar building construction works not less then Tk.600.00 lac only in a single work order and tender in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years.For JVC certificates must be submitted only in the form of PW3-3 format (except the form PW3-3,all other forms are rejected).
d) The Tenderer must have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk.800.00 lakh [(Eight crore) taka] over the last 5 (five) years (Total amounting Tk.800.00x5=4000.00 lakh
e) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amount in Tk.200.00 Lakh only in the form of PW3-7 (except the form PW3-7, all other forms are rejected) mentioning the name of the work, supported by Bank certificate Bank statement period should be counting 28 (Twenty eight) days before submission of tender to be attached in case of credit facilities. conditional Bank certificates treated as liquid assets shall not be accepted.
i) Upto date income tax clearance, valid VAT Registration, Upto date trade license certificate, National ID.
ii) Upto date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board. Government of Bangladesh.
