* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1700000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5100000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1700000 ~ 5000000.

2. Only Zila Parishad,Dinajpur Enlisted Tenderer (F/Y-2023-2024) can eligible for This Tender.
3. Valid Updated Trade License (F/Y-2023-2024)
4. Updated VAT Registration
5.Updated Income Tax Certificate
6. Company Brochures/ Authorization Letter
7. Nationality Certificate/NID
8.The minimum amount of liquid assets ie Bank Balance or Working capital or Credit facilities or Credit line of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 8,50,000.00 (Eight Lakh Twenty Thousand) only.
Supporting necessary documents required are as follows:
-Bank Balance: authenticated by bank statement of day end closing balance from any scheduled bank.
-Working capital: Authenticated by recent previous FY Audit Report.
-Credit facilities: Authenticated by credit sanctioned letter and bank statement of the credit account.
-Credit line: Authenticated by any scheduled bank shall be furnished unconditional credit line without alteration in accordance with the format as specified in the Form PW3-7; "Letter of Comitment for Bank?s Undertaking for Line of Credit", should be download from section 8 of the Tender Document.
Note: Bank Balance, statement of Credit Facilities and Line of Credit must be issued not earlier than 28 (twenty eight) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders for this Contract.
