Eligibility criteria:

02. Updated Vat registration certificate with Bin certificate.
03. Updated ISO-9001:2015 Certificate.
04. Updated IRC Certificate.
05. Updated Certificate in Corporation.
06. Updated Environment Clearance Certificate.
07. Updated Manufacturer plant Certificate.
08. Updated Bangladesh Furniture Industries Owners Association Certificate.
09. Must have Wood seasoning and Treatment plant.
10. Must have Lacquer System.
11. Must have 5 years general experience proven by trade license.
12. Specific experience: The satisfactory completion of supply of furniture of TK. minimum 30 (Thirty) lakh under a single contract in the last 03(three) years in any Govt. organization or Public/Autonomous University.
13. The min. amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be tk. 30 (Thirty) lakh.
14. Turn over: The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual turn over during last 03 (Three) years Tk 50.00 (Fifty) lac for Package- C.Store-02/24. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.
15. The Bidder must have Own sales & Service Center in Sylhet.
16. All plant of the lowest 2/3 bidders will be visited and product samples of each item will be selected/approved by the PE or a team sent by the authority. All visiting cost will be incurred by the responsible respective bidder.
