Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4500000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below:
1. The Tenderers must have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience of construction works.
2. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor or subcontractor or management contractor in construction works of at least 1(one) similar nature successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 10.00 (Ten) Lac in single contract under Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 30.00 (Thirty) Lac in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/credit facilities (in the PW2a-3 without any alteration) Tk. 16.00 (Sixteen) Lac.
5. The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, up to-date trade license and ABC/BC category electrical and supervisory license.
6. Completion certificate of similar nature of work (As Specific experience) shall be submitted in the prescribed format as per STD of CPTU (attached in section-7). All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
