Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 666666 ~ 2000000.
Eligibility criteria:
(a) Having valid up to date trade license, up to date income tax clearance certificate and VAT registration certificate. (with return slip) up to date valid ABC Electrical Certificate
(b) Up to date bank solvency.
(c) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 05 years.
(d) The minimum specific experience as contractor of similar work of BDT 20.00 lac at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 5 years under any Govt/Semi Govt/Autonomous body in Bangladesh.
(e) In Case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the concern Executive Engineer.
(f) In Case of work done under any Govt/Semi Govt/Autonomous body other than PWD the certifying Authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate will be duly verified by the concern Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under Whose Jurisdiction the work has been done.
(g) The minimum amount of liquid asset, net of the other contractual commitments, is BDT 10.00 lac.
(h) The tenderer shall be the local agent/distributor certified of the lift (Kleemann Brand) and. should enclose the same certificate with tender document.
(i) Certificate from the original manufacturer ensuring availability of spare parts of the lift (Kleemann Brand) for the next 03 (Three) years shall be submitted of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC and Tender date sheet (TDS) and tender documents.
