Tenderers must have a satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk [15.00 lakh] under [single] of contract(s) over a period of [last 5] years (Backward years Counting from the IFT date).
The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments, is Tk. [15.00 lakh] (in case of Bank Statement it must be after IFT Date) (in case of credit line it should be submitted in the form of (PW3-7)
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk [10.00 lakh] over the last [05] years.
The minimum capacity shall be: [10.00 lakh] (Tenderer must submit the current commitments work order).
Tenderers must have Upto date Income Tax Clearance, valid VAT Registration, Up to date Trade License certificate.
Payment will be made as per availability of fund but the whole work must be completed within the stipulated time.
The Procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
