Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 10000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3333333 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 5 years.
2. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 26 Lac under single contract over a period of 5 years shall be required
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 70 Lac over the last 5 years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 26 Lac. Use standard format incase of line of credit.
5. Required Tender Capacity Tk 37 Lac.
Note that:
(a) Boring rate must be higher with depth increase.
(b) Boring Rate must be realistic. Unreleastic low rate in Boring shall make Tenderer Non-Responsive.
(c) DPHE has reserve the right to supply materials (such as PVC pipe, reducer, filter etc but not limited as mentioned) to the sucussful tenderer to excute the work and deduct material cost as per issue rate ( which is uploaded in Section -7)
